Grand opening of the Polish National Stand at Mobile World Congress Barcelona 2026

On the 2nd of March 2026, Mr Przemysław Kuna, President of the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE), together with Mr Paweł Olszewski, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Digital Affairs (MC), and Ms Monika Krzepkowska, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. at the Polish Embassy in Madrid, took part in the grand opening of the Polish National Stand at Mobile World Congress Barcelona 2026. In his short opening address, the President of UKE emphasised the rapidly developing Polish digital sector, with numerous entities offering modern and innovative solutions. He also stressed that UKE strives to be an active contributor to Poland's digital transformation. Therefore, UKE’s attendance at international fora, such as MWC, as well as our contacts with regulators from other countries and entities from the digital sector. The Polish National Stand has been organised by GovTech Polska, in cooperation with the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), with the participation of the Ministry of Digital Affairs (MC), NASK, COI (Centre for Information Technology), the Telecommunications Institute (National Research Institute), as well as the following Polish tech companies: Asseco, Beyond.pl, Chatporter, Chipcraft, Dynacon, Electronic Prototypes Michał Eliasz, Flying Bisons, Microamp, Rfbenchmark, Rimedo, Sidly, Smabbler, STP Polska, Transition Technologies and Teldat.
