Eastern Partnership Meeting - officials from Armenia and Moldova

Eastern Partnership Meeting - officials from Armenia and Moldova

For the fifth consecutive year, the Office of Electronic Communications is hosting representatives of partner institutions within the Eastern Partnership. This year, we were visited by officials from:

  • Armenia – Vahagn Shahnazaryan from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  • Moldova – Olga Oloi from the State Chancellery of the Republic of Moldova.

The main goal of this initiative is to familiarize the officials from Eastern Partnership countries with human resources management solutions implemented in Poland. It is also an opportunity to establish contacts between representatives of public administration from Eastern Partnership countries and their counterparts in Poland. Another important aspect of these meetings is strengthening cooperation and the exchange of information among officials from Eastern Partnership countries.

During the visit, our guests meet with representatives of selected organizational UKE units. Although the main focus of the meetings is human resources management in public administration, we also present other aspects of the Office’s operations related to its overall organization, operational optimization, and addressing new challenges. Officials from Armenia and Moldova will meet with experts from the Director’s General Bureau, the Finance Bureau, the Department of IT, the Department of Monitoring, the Department of Digital Services and Consumer and the Internal Audit.

Vahagn Shahnazaryan and Olga Oloi met with UKE Director General Ewa Morawska-Sochacka, and throughout their visit they have been accompanied by Bartosz Szota, Director of the Director General’s Office, and Jadwiga Mrozowska, Chief Specialist in the Department of Foreign Affairs.

The visit to UKE began on September 22 and will last until October 1.
