Deregulation of wholesale LLU (1/2020) and BSA (3b/2014) markets

On 19 January 2026, the President of the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) issued decisions concluding administrative proceedings concerning:
- the wholesale market for local access services at a fixed location (market 1/2020): a decision confirming the existence of effective competition (reference number DR.SMP. 6041.2.2025.55);
- the wholesale market for central access services at a fixed location for mass market products (market 3b/2014): a decision confirming the existence of effective competition (reference number DR.SMP.6041.1.2025.60).
