Bilateral Meeting of the President of UKE with the ANRCETI Delegation from Moldova

On 15 January 2026, a bilateral meeting was held at the headquarters of the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) in Warsaw between the President of UKE, Mr Przemysław Kuna, and the delegation of the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova (ANRCETI), led by the Director of ANRCETI, Mr Sergiu Gaibu.
During the meeting, selected regulatory and strategic issues were discussed, including matters related to radio spectrum allocation for private 5G networks, the development of private 5G networks, the development of digital infrastructure, cooperation with technical universities, as well as UKE’s activities in the field of consumer protection and digital education. The discussions provided an opportunity for the exchange of experience and good practices between the two regulatory authorities.
The meeting took place as part of the continuation of long-standing cooperation between UKE and ANRCETI, based on the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of electronic communications and postal services signed in 2019, and in the context of regional cooperation within the Eastern Partnership Regulators for Electronic Communications Network (EaPeReg).
