Self-registration of postal operators in the List of Essential and Important Entities of the National Cybersecurity System

Self-registration of postal operators in the List of Essential and Important Entities of the National Cybersecurity System has begun.
On 3 April 2026, the amendment to the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System (consolidated text in Journal of Laws of 2026, item 20; as amended: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 252) entered into force.
Pursuant to the Announcement of the Minister of Digital Affairs of 8 April 2026, regarding the schedule for submitting applications for entry into the list of essential entities and important entities and the commencement of use of the ICT system by essential entities or important entities, the self-registration process for postal operators began on 7 May 2026.
Postal operators required to be entered in the List of Essential Entities and Important Entities submit their application via the S46 ICT system.
Self-registration is available at: https://wykaz-ksc.gov.pl.
