New approach to wholesale markets in Poland. Consultation of deregulation decisions

The President of the Office of Electronic Communications has commenced consultations on:
1. The draft decision confirming the existence of effective competition in the wholesale market for local access services at a fixed location (market 1/2020).
2. The draft decision confirming the existence of effective competition in the wholesale market for central access services at a fixed location for mass market products (market 3b/2014).
The consultations will last for 30 days.
