Customers to contact UKE only remotely
16 March 2020
Due to the special situation caused by coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), we would like to inform you that in order to prevent the spread of the virus, we are introducing from March 16, 2020 until further notice, restrictions on customer service provided by the UKE Head Office and regional offices.
Based on the provisions of paragraph 8 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 13 March 2020 on the announcement of an epidemic emergency in the territory of the Republic of Poland, the President of UKE decided to limit in-person customer service in the scope of performing UKE's tasks related to receiving complaints and applications on the functioning of UKE's organizational units and proceedings related to out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
Please contact us by electronic mail or by phone. We remind you that the Office can also be contacted via dedicated UKE portals such as: PUE, PIT or CIK. There is also a helpline 22 330 40 00 available for all consumers.
In addition, we would like to point out that PUE is a platform that meets all the requirements for an inbox, therefore it can be used to initiate and handle any (including administrative) proceedings pending before the President of UKE.
Details available in Polish in the Regulation of the President of UKE.
