Courier Parcels in 2024 - UKE Report

We present the report, "Courier Parcels in 2024." This is the second such publication on the Polish market, showcasing the specifics of the industry.
In 2024, the courier parcel segment maintained its dominant position in the postal services market, playing a key role in shaping both the value and volume of the entire market. Courier parcels accounted for 73.3% of the postal market value and 56.6% of the postal services volume.
Compared to 2023, volume increased by 15.3% and revenue by 16.1%.
To perform a detailed analysis of the performance of this segment, the Office of Electronic Communications conducted a survey among eleven postal operators with the largest market share, as well as those who reported having automated postal customer service machines in their 2024 postal activity reports.
These operators collectively accounted for 99.7% of the volume and 99.1% of the revenue of the courier segment. The survey results are presented in this Report (in Polish, attached).
