Consultation on the Draft of a New Tool for Investigating Margin Squeeze

The President of UKE invites market representatives to participate in the consultation and submit their comments on the draft of a new tool for analysing margin squeeze by October 22, 2026.

Those interested in providing comments and opinions on the draft are asked to submit their written comments to the Office of Electronic Communications at the e-Delivery address: AE: PL-82868-41464-GIBAT-25 or via the Office of Electronic Communications’ Electronic Services Platform (PUE UKE)—with the note: “Consultation statement regarding the draft of a new tool for analysing the phenomenon of margin squeeze.”

Please submit a document in PDF, Word, or another text editor format. Guidelines for document preparation are available on our website. Comments submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Respondents submitting comments containing confidential information are also requested to provide the President of UKE with a non-confidential version of their submission. If such a version is not provided, the submission will not be taken into consideration.
