Auction annulment procedure

In relation to the provisions of art. 118d paragraph 1a and 1b of the Telecommunications Law ('PT'), introduced to PT on May 16, 2020 by the Act of May 14, 2020 amending certain acts in the field of protective activities in connection with the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 875), on May 20, 2020, the President of UKE initiated ex officio proceedings regarding the annulment of the auction for four frequency bookings in the 3.6 GHz band announced on March 6, 2020.
