Amendment of the ordinance on the telecommunications undertakings’ emergency action plans

The Prime Minister has signed an amendment to the ordinance on the telecommunications undertakings’ emergency action plans.
The introduced changes, in particular, reduce the burden on small telecommunications undertakings by exemption from the obligation to draft plans of those undertakings whose annual revenues in the previous financial year did not exceed PLN 4 million. Facilitations will also cover undertakings included in the capital group - they will be able to draft joint plans for the whole group.
The process of submitting plans will also be streamlined and will take place electronically.
The ordinance will come into force after 14 days from the day of announcement.
